Residential Appraisal fees start at the amounts shown below.
Additional charges may be required for assignment complexity. Many life-events like divorces, passing of a loved one, the decision to list a home and desire for an independent value as opposed to one from a realtor, or a real estate tax increase are often served with a residential styled appraisal.  Sometimes there are additional issues that result in additional fees.  The amounts below are "starting at" prices.  

Because of the complexity of commercial assignments (offices, retail, industrial, multifamily, subdivisions, vacant ground, etc) they are quoted on a case by case basis for time and fee.

Agricultural/Home and Acreage fees
Because of the complexity of home on acreage/agricultural appraisal assignments they are quoted on a case by case basis for time and fee.

Consulting Assignments
Consulting assignments vary dramatically in complexity. USPAP allows appraisers to provide evaluations for non-lender work.  Both of these result in a wide variance in fee and time.  Please contact us directly for a quote.
